This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by
NC1L, The Daily DX, QRZ DX, the OPDX Bulletin, DXNL, Contest Corral
from QST and the ARRL Contest Calendar and WA7BNM web sites.  Thanks
to all.

FIJI, 3D2.  Franz, DK1II will be QRV as 3D2II from August 22 to
September 9 while working from Lautoka on Viti Levu.  Activity will
be in his spare time on 40 to 10 meters using mainly CW with some
SSB.  QSL to home call.

RWANDA, 9X.  Tom is QRV as 9X0TL and has been active on 20 meters
using either CW or RTTY between 2200 and 0000Z.  QSL via DL2RUM.

CHILE, CE.  Hector, CE3FZL, Ricardo, CE3HDI, Hugo, CE3BBC, Cristian,
CE3PCN and Esteban, XQ7UP will be QRV as XR2A from the Punta Angeles
Lighthouse, ARLHS CHI-001, during the ILLW contest.  They will be
active using CW and SSB on the HF bands.  QSL via CE3BBC.

URUGUAY, CX.  Members of the Radio Club Uruguayo will be QRV as CW1A
from the Punta Brava Lighthouse, ARLHS URU-012, during the ILLW
contest.  Activity will be on 80 to 10 meters using CW, SSB and
various digital modes with two stations active.  QSL via bureau.

CANARY ISLANDS, EA8.  Members of the Grupo DX Gran Canaria will be
QRV as AO8GLH from La Gomera Island, IOTA AF-004, from the San
Sebastian de La Gomera Lighthouse.  QSL via EA8AKN.

FRANCE, F.  Special event station TM400H is QRV until September 26
in remembrance of King Henry IV.  QSL via F6KDU.

SCOTLAND, GM.  A group of operators will be QRV as GB2SLH from the
Sumburgh Head Lighthouse, ARLHS SCO-232, from Shetland Island, IOTA
EU-012, until August 27.  Activity will be mainly in the ILLW
contest.  QSL via M5YLO.

GUERNSEY, GU.  Bob, M0MCV is QRV as MU0MCV until August 21.
Activity is on the HF and VHF bands.  QSL to home call.

WALES, GW.  A group of operators will be QRV as GB0L from the Great
Orme Lighthouse in the ILLW contest.  QSL via M0DOL.

PANAMA, HP.  Members of the Panama Canal Amateur Radio Association
will be QRV as H81L until August 22 from the Panama Canal Miraflores
Locks Lighthouse, ARLHS PAN-030.  QSL via operators' instructions.

JORDAN, JY.  Ali, JY4NE has been active using RTTY on 20 meters
around 2100z.  QSL via K3IRV.

NORWAY, LA.  Members of the Jaeren Amateur Radio Club are QRV as
LA1J from Obrestad Lighthouse until August 22.  Activity is on all
HF bands with five stations active.  QSL to LA1J.

MARKET REEF, OJ0.  Operators Kari, OH2BP, Vaino, OH9GIT, Charlie,
SM4RGD, Jan, SM5FUG and Ewe, SM7BHM will be QRV as OJ0SARTG in the
40th SARTG WW RTTY contest.  Outside the contest they are active as
OJ0/home calls until August 22.  QSL OJ0SARTG via SM7BHM and all
others to home calls.

DENMARK, OZ.  Peter, DL4AMK, Dieter, DK1AW, Lutz, DH8WW, Joachim,
DJ2AS and Lutz, DL3ARK will be QRV as OZ/home calls from Aro Island,
IOTA EU-172, from August 21 to 28.  QSL to home calls.

GREECE, SV.  Rolf, DL6ZFG will be QRV as SV8/DL6ZFG/p from Corfu
Island, EU-052, from August 21 to 28.  Activity is holiday style on
20 meters using all modes.  QSL to home call.

CRETE, SV9.  George, SV1ELF will be QRV as SV9/home call from
Heraklion, IOTA EU-015, from August 21 to 28.  QSL via bureau.

UKRAINE, UR.  Special event station EM75MSD is QRV until August 31
in commemoration of coal miner Alexey G. Stakhanov who achieved the
record of mining 102 tons of coal in under six hours on August 31,
1935.  QSL via UX7MA.

NAMIBIA, V5.  John, HB9PHJ is QRV as V5/home call until August 30.
Activity is on all HF bands.  QSL to home call.

LATVIA, YL.  Special event call sign YL15LRG is QRV during the month
of August in celebration of the 125th anniversary of the Liepaja
Radio Amateurs Group.  QSL via bureau.
   
THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  ARRL 10 GHz and Up Contest, North
American QSO SSB Party, The International Lighthouse/Lightship
Weekend, NCCC Sprint CW Ladder, SARTG World Wide RTTY Contest,
Russian District Award Contest, ARCI Silent Key Memorial Sprint and
the New Jersey QSO Party will keep contesters busy this weekend.
The SKCC CW Sprint, RSGB 80-Meter Club SSB Sprint and QRP CW Fox
